Delete your VetChamp account
Works on the web — you do not need the VetChamp app installed.
What happens the moment you ask
- You are signed out on every device — phone, tablet and web.
- Your email address stops working for signing in, immediately and for good.
- Every conversation link you shared stops working. Anyone you sent one to loses access straight away.
- Your saved threads disappear from VetChamp.
What is erased, and when
Your account and its data are held for 30 days and then permanently erased. The delay exists only so that a mistaken deletion can be undone — during that window your account is already unusable, and nothing about it is visible to you or anyone else.
Permanently erased at the end of the 30 days:
- Your profile — name, email address and account settings
- Every conversation, question and answer in your library
- Files you uploaded, including the images themselves
- Feedback you left on answers
- Licence verification records and any licence screenshots you sent us
- Your sign-in identity with our authentication provider
The one thing we keep is anonymous usage statistics — counts like "how many searches happened this week". Before your account is erased, those records are stripped of any link to you: they are given a random identifier that we do not store anywhere, so they can never be traced back to you or anyone else. They never contained your questions or answers in the first place.
Delete your account now
Changed your mind?
Within the 30 days, email privacy@vetchamp.com from the address on the account and we will restore it. Conversations you had shared stay unshared — those links do not come back.
After the 30 days there is nothing left to restore. You are welcome to sign up again with the same email address, starting fresh.
Deleting only some of your data
You can delete an individual conversation from your library at any time without deleting your account. Deleted conversations follow the same 30-day timeline, and their share links stop working immediately.
For any other request about your data — a copy of it, a correction, or a question about how it is used — see our Privacy Policy or write to privacy@vetchamp.com.
